My hope is that everyone is doing well and shifting into a place of excitement and curiosity with what is going on in the world. A massive transformation is happening and when we can experience it from a place of love, joy, kindness and compassion we receive more of that in our lives. I understand that being in that space of ease and grace is not always easy. Especially now on our planet. Notice how the world has been made “uncomfortable” so that perhaps we can assess our own “uncomfortable comforts.” What are we hanging on to that doesn’t feel good? Do we have no faith or trust that God (Source, Universe) has our back.? It’s the very faith that creates. It’s the trust that allows the new. We have been play a bit of tug-of-war with our emotions (our vibration) so we receive that in the world. Choose gratitude for what you have and where you are right now. See the beauty in the world as it changes and shifts. Find that mirrored beauty, faith and trust within yourself. You are more powerful than you really know. You are beautiful and amazing. You are patient kind and loving… use I AM’s and make these statements your own. It is a process to be acknowledge in your Super Conscious Mind, Infinite Intelligence!
Just “Ask and it is Given.”

Awakening is a process that is so unique for everyone. We can share our experiences and processes and as we take the steps. Awakening can be disruptive, look at the world, (Tribal mentality creating at its best) look at what each of us has experienced for our very own growth and expansion. When we can be in or shift into love, kindness and compassion it makes the journey easier, gentler and when we are not used to experiencing such things it can create unease. When we KNOW the direction to move towards all of the “gunk” starts to fall away. Acknowledge it, let it go, and shift that unconscious part of yourself to receive the gifts this world does have to offer. Look for the gifts. “Seek and ye shall find” BE in a space of allowing. There is nothing to claim, everyone is where they are, when we are ready, we find the like minded ones and together we can “hold space” and share with others who are “waking up.” Step by step, awareness and shifting unconscious patterning are key. Waking up is knowing there is “more” to this world. That “more” is in each and every human being “inside.” Shift that first and each of us will see a new world created externally. ❤️

Today 6 years ago the most contrasty thing happened to my family.
My mom left this physical realm and returned to Source.
In the almost 2 years following I dropped my energy and stayed in a place of grief and depression.
I finally realized that this was my choice and I was the only one that could change things for me.
On this journey some 6 years later I have shifted my energy.
This journey has been a process of reminding myself of who I truly am and what it is I truly want in this physical realm.
I have asked the question AM I worthy of living my dreams?
Do I appreciate me for the life that I have created?
I see myself in this space of my reality and I get tickled at the people, places and things that have shown up for me to help me co create my experience.
I have really learned that interacting instead of reacting yields a very different result for me and my perspective AND, it IS always my perspective.
I LOVE this life, it is amazing. We humans are amazing.
My hope is that more people realize that this existence is short here and we should do our best to live in a happy joyous way that permeates every corner of our world.
In this unconditional love LIFE is delicious!
